In order to ensure the demand for an academic acceptance of our programmes and to intertwine theoretical knowledge and practical know-how, the European Cruise Academy is cooperating with several partners being experts in their branches. These are at the moment:

As members of the public private partnership

Wismar University of Technology, Business and Design
The Wismar University of Technology, Business and Design is a highly competitive, innovative and recognised educational and research institution with a long academic tradition. At present, three faculties offer 27 programmes of study. Approximately 4,370 students were registered at Wismar University in 2006. At the Department of Maritime Studies in Warnemünde, currently 550 students are enrolled in three programmes of study.



AIDA Cruises
AIDA Cruises, part of the Carnival Corporation, leads the German cruise industry in both gross revenue and passenger numbers. The fleet currently consists of five ships, but will comprise nine ships in 2012. The ships of the AIDA fleet are operated in accordance to the highest international quality, environmental and safety standards. AIDA Cruises utilizes professional quality-control systems in order to ensure the satisfaction of their guests and the highest quality of the product.
