The European Cruise Academy has developed the four semester Master’s (M.Sc.) programme "International Cruise Ship Management". It strives to broaden the existent operational knowledge of officers on board cruise vessels to a more management-oriented approach. A second option of further education in this field is the participation in advanced training courses. Overall, they comprise the contents of the Master, but can be attended more flexibly due to their unitised form.

The European Cruise Academy will accept its first students in autumn 2008, classes begin in September. Starting in autumn 2009, three additional programmes will be offered: Bachelor’s programmes in nautical science, marine technical engineering and marine electrical engineering.
